From the moment we arrived, we were struck by the warmth, professionalism, and genuine care shown by every member of staff. The food deserves its own praise. The young chef’s talent is extraordinary — easily among the best in West Wales. Knowing that he personally harvested some of the ingredients that very day added a level of authenticity and passion that you can taste in every dish. Although I wouldn’t ordinarily choose to stay at a golf club, the setting here is wonderfully peaceful. It’s only a short walk to the town and the beaches, making it an ideal base for a relaxing break. My wife even had a golf lesson, and Dan made the experience memorable and enjoyable. This visit will stay with me for a long time. We were looked after with such kindness, . The rooms are beautifully presented, by Dawn who is amazingly kind and I highly recommend choosing one with a balcony for that extra touch of calm. I want to acknowledge the staff by name — with apologies if I miss anyone: Chef Ross, Rhys, Daniel, Gracy, Sue, Dawn, Caroline, and Dan the golf pro. Each of them played a part in making our stay exceptional. You don’t need to be a golfer to appreciate this place. Come for the hospitality, the food, and the genuine warmth. A golfer’s birthday present to his Wife A first class experience from start to finish . Very good location overlooking a golf course I had played some years ago but now enhanced by a recently rebuilt club house .
