The Links restaurant is firmly rooted in the Pembrokeshire landscape, only a misguided tee-shot away from Tenby’s South Beach and the Atlantic Ocean, or a glance across the fairways to undulating pastures and farmland.
That sense of place is hugely important to everything we do.
The menus here aren’t designed to try and change the ‘culinary wheel’ with cutting edge techniques or wizardry, instead we search out beautiful produce and ingredients from our little corner of Wales, treat them with respect and cook them simply, with love.
The suppliers we use have all been selected because they are passionate about what they do. That passion shines through in the quality of what the grow, rear or make.
